Shipping charges for phone and fax orders

Shipping charges for orders over $300 are prepaid by us. If your order is less that $300, we will notify you of your shipping charges once we know the quantity and destination of your order.

Customs and Duties

Customer pays all customs and duties where applicable.

For any North American destination, orders are processed within 48 hours of reception.

Return Policies

No returns are accepted unless prior written authorization from our office is given. Call us with all such requests BEFORE you ship any returns. No freight charges will be accepted on returns. All returns MUST be shipped prepaid

Claims

Claims for shortage or shipping damage must be made with carrier upon receipt of shipment. Claims delayed over 10 days of receipt of goods will not be honored.
